47-unit, 12-story multifamily project. Ryan is participating in construction oversight and spearheading the marketing, pre-leasing, leasing operation, and technology stack.
Eight new townhouses under construction on a beach-block site with a 16,000-square-foot warehouse being advanced for adaptive reuse.

Joint venture involving K. Hovnanian, North Beach Holdings, and Block 79 QOZB LLC. The initial Block 79 phase is approved for 38 townhouses.
GS Land Holdings LLC is a co-redeveloper for Block 71 under the separate Southeast Inlet plan for Blocks 71, 73, 74, 76, and 78.
Operations & Realized Work
36 operating rentals, 50 additional rental units under construction or renovation, and 30 completed property dispositions spanning 50 units.
Approximately 1.5 acres of oceanfront land held for future development. The estimated site value is approximately $12 million.
