The Platform

Institutional discipline, field-level execution.

Ryan Goldfarb began in Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital Group in New York, helping underwrite more than $5.5 billion of multifamily debt from 2013 through 2016. Since 2016, he has worked full time as an investor and developer across his own projects, affiliated companies, and project-specific entities.

The work spans acquisitions, redevelopment, construction oversight, land assembly, dispositions, leasing, and property operations. Goldfarb RE makes that operating experience available selectively to owners and development teams that need practical help moving a project forward.

Applied Real Estate Systems

Technology built around the way the asset actually operates.

AI and automation are not a separate consulting headline. They are tools Ryan uses to solve owner-level operating problems: lead intake, leasing follow-up, CRM workflow, document review, attribution, reporting, property-management integration, and team coordination.
