Project scope
Block 51 combines substantial beach-block land, eight new townhouses under active construction, and an existing 16,000-square-foot warehouse.
Two workstreams
The townhouse construction is active. In parallel, residential or mixed-use adaptive reuse of the warehouse is being advanced through a separate planning, approvals, and financing process.
Portfolio relationship
The eight townhouses are tracked as a separate active construction project. The 86-unit rental portfolio figure consists of 36 operating rentals, 47 units at Boardwalk House under construction, and three units at 38 North Willow under renovation.
Development approach
The site brings together two distinct execution paths: active ground-up construction and a longer-horizon adaptive-reuse program.
